I rather hate it when they is construction of removing the old pipelines and changing them to a newer one. It's rather noisy with they chainsaw they use to cut the roads and dig it out. The worse part is that they even poorly repair the roads later on. It's quite a small bump and the rocks all over the roads. The quality is not always good with these people. Well, what can be done? It's free of charge and you can't expect much things from free meals anyway.
This is what happens when they come over to dig the pipes using the excavator.
Before they do the digging, they even use this machine some sorts of like chainsaw and cut along the pipelines to take out the old pipes.
They put some water due to the heat that the machine causes to the upper layer of the roads and made it easier to be cut.
