I am kind of one big fan of Mc donals, but it seems that it's not that healthy to always eat them regularly. I presume it's quite at a reasonable price. But in Malaysia, it doesn't have much advertisement regarding Mc donalds. See this advertisement below. It's kind of funny. See it for yourself.
